SALES & MARKETING
EXECUTIVE to join our team.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • With pleasant personality
  • Any nationality, male or female
  • With minimum 3 years of experience on the same field.
  • Ability to work under pressure, aggressive with excellent presentation, and strong negotiation skills, selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Flexible and good team player
  • Having immense knowledge of Qatar Market
  • With excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Locally available in Qatar
  • Can join immediately

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE

  • Having social media pages handling experience for product promotion
  • Having Qatar driving license
  • Arabic speaker

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.
  • Demonstrates product and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
  • Schedules meeting and appointments as necessary.
  • Creates plan for gaining customers by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Analyzes and creates plan for engaging target market
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meet deadlines.
  • Generates report on marketing & sales metrics
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to achieve better results
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
Salary will be discussed upon interview.
