    Key Responsibilities:
    • Review project scope of work, budgets, release schedules, EDI transactions and use cases, and key stakeholders.
    • Escalate issues to project team and leadership when delays are identified.
    • Generate and manage the internal project schedule, communicate changes with appropriate teams and adjust resources accordingly.
    • Obtain progress reports from teams, including engineering, sales operations and logistics.
    • Identify issues, and update internal and external teams on status and action items.
    • Facilitate internal and external sign off with customers, partners, engineering and sales operations as needed.
    • Resolve all project team questions in a timely manner, delegating, or escalating as necessary.
    • Conduct project post-mortems and provide lessons learned documentation.
    • Ensure post-installation documentation is available to internal and external users. For example, user-acceptance tests, sign-offs, inventories, flowcharts, EDI transaction workflows, ERP interactions, API use, etc.
    • Play a proactive role in the shaping, review and improvement of EDI projects, including updating internal processes and procedures to support project delivery
    • Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to gather the inputs and synthesize a vision to place the product features in the product backlog.

    Qualification:
    • 6+ years experience with project management, including 3+ years of experience with EDI projects
    • PMP Certification or expertise in other similar types of methodologies
    • Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent preferred
    • ITIL Foundation or similar qualification preferred
    • Proficient in: Google Workspace, Oracle Netsuite, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Acrobat, and other web-based tools

    Requirement:
    • Document and manage all EDI and ERP initiatives throughout the organization.
    • Maintain budget expectations, ROI and cost controls, and communicate any potential cost overruns on any project.
    • Escalate to senior leadership when program updates require budget changes or need headcount adjustments
    • Oversee the management of project managers responsible for EDI projects.
    • Assist in standardizing and aligning processes in assigned regions or programs with company standards
    • Build program documentation, including lifecycle management, services engagement and delivery, margin and budget analysis, organizational execution, escalation procedures, and roadmaps with new product and project updates.
