We arelooking for a dedicated and motivated Online Call Center Specialistto join our team at Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha, QA.
As anAssociate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providingexcellent customer service through online communication channels,such as chat, email, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues through onlinechannels promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurateinformation and solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3.Assist in managing online customer accounts and profiles. 4.Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customerconcerns. 5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback on socialmedia platforms. 6. Assist with analyzing data and trends toimprove customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Participate inongoing training and development programs to enhance skills andknowledge. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at alltimes.
