    • Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute procurement strategies to support gas pipeline projects in Central Asia, focusing on countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc.
    • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the company.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine project requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
    • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Manage the full procurement cycle, including request for proposals (RFPs), bid evaluations, purchase orders, and supplier performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the procurement process.
    • Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the gas pipeline industry.
    • Proven track record of successful procurement management for international projects, with a focus on Central Asia countries.
