    • Following up on opening and closingchecklists
    • Maintains the HACCP & FIFOstandards as required by the regional governingbody
    • Handle financial procedures according toguidelines set by the financedepartment
    • Responsible for linking all facetsof service, cuisine and entertainment
    • Assumethe responsibility of daily operations
    • Handlessecurity incidents, guest complaints with confidence and in aprofessional manner and report it in timely manner to the Directorof Food and Beverage
    • Conducts daily briefingsfor all staff prior to commencement of each shift or assign it tothe outlet Assistant Manager during the Restaurant Managerabsence
    • Ensure all appropriate equipment is onhand for each service period
    • In charge oftraining, grooming and selection of casual labour (ifneeded)
    • Should be creative, confident andprepared to think outside of the box
    • Followingthe personal development plan set by the corporateoffice
    • Following team's personaldevelopment and assign KPI's in accordance withHotel/Departmental goals
    • Ensure the operationalinventory is always accounted for and in immaculatecondition
    • Ensure the outlet maintenance isensured at all time
    • Create opportunities forupselling products, establish sales goals and sellingstrategies
    • Develop the restaurant team tostrive for excellence
    • Creates an efficientrostering system
    • Inspires heartists to create aflow of new and 'improved'ideas
    • Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case ofan Emergency
    • Ensure awareness and delivers theoptimum levels of service and guestsatisfaction
    • Establish and maintain effectivecommunication across all divisions
    • Lead byexample through a passionate, hands onapproach
    • Assist with collecting information forthe monthly P&L review
    • Planning andcoordinate menus with the outlet Chef
    • Ensureteam's food and beverage knowledge at alltime
