Brick Stone Trading & Contracting W.L.L is a company registered in the State of Qatar which provides engineering, procurement, construction (EPIC), maintenance, and project management services in residential, commercial, and private projects. In a very short period, Brick Stone Contracting & Trading gained experience in all spheres of construction activities, and as a result, we acquired a reputation as one of the fastest-growing companies in Qatar.


We are in need of a
Facilities Manager who would responsible for the planning, organizing, managing and monitoring the daily maintenance operations of Schools.

The Facility Management Manager will oversee the maintenance, replacement and repair of all school buildings, grounds, and equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of students, faculty, and staff.

In addition, the Facility Management Manager will be involved in developing, and maintaining risk management of schools, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures


Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor Degree in
    Bachelor's degree in civil/Architectural from a recognized university.
  • 15 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance, with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Professional certificates like
    IFMA, RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE or Similar.


  • Bilingual Language (
    Arabic

  • Mother Tongue & Fluency in English)
  • Must have Computer knowledge of MS Windows.

Knowledge of
SAP / CAFM/ CMMS (preferable):


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management program, including policies and procedures, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school facilities.
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all school buildings, grounds, and equipment, including AC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair projects and the completion of the department work orders.
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility management operations and ensure expenditures are within approved limits.
Conduct regular inspections of all school facilities to identify and address maintenance and safety issues.


Salary:
QAR15, QAR18,000.00 per month
