DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a design strategy that aligns with the brand message.
  • Create visually appealing designs that capture audience's attention and communicate the brand message effectively.
  • Manage and maintain design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Provide creative direction to other members of the team, including copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and software updates.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure that all designs meet the needs of target audience.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
  • Present design concepts to the marketing team and incorporate feedback into final designs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design work.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
