• Focus on new business development and work patiently to convert pipelines.
• Initiate market research and call for meetings/discussions.
• Convert to business from promotions, campaigns, target marketing, Direct Sales Programs, and processes
• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Make customer assessment form before proceeding to order stage.
• Be the 'voice of the customer', push the system if customer is not satisfied with service.
• Maintain records on pricing, credit rating, couriers sent, and samples submitted to customers.
• Coordinate Pre order development of trims, packaging, and fabrics (if applicable).
• Co ordinate with sampling and design team for new product development.
• Update & maintain customer database
• Design & proof emblems, embroidery, and logo mats for prospects
• Help transition new customers to Customer Service Continuously qualify prospects by phone to keep database updated
• Provide daily activity report
• Do competitor analysis and SWOT.
