Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that inventory control procedures are in place and follow company policy and objectives.
  • Participate in the development of procedures for standardizing and controlling materials, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews of inventories to ensure that SAP stock records match actual stock levels. Investigate and recommend actions for any discrepancies.
  • Monitor work progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports based on approved schedules and milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.
  • Track and analyze all shipments.
  • Maintain inventory and cost analysis reports.
  • Prepare statistical data.
  • Perform job related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:


  • Bachelor's Degree

Professional Experience:


  • Minimum 8 years' Supervisory experience in logistics and warehousing operations environment

Geographic Experience:


  • Not required

Computer Skills:


  • Good working knowledge on ERP Program.

Language Skills:


  • Good written and verbal communication skill in English

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:


  • Good knowledge in logistics and warehousing operations environment in an oil and gas industry
