Essential:

• Demonstrable experience of Direct Marketing project management with a proven track record in donor development.
• Proven track record of achieving individual income targets, managing budgets including forecasting, monitoring and regular reporting against budgets and targets. Results driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written English, and able to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Proven experience of donor relationship management/development and database marketing/development
• Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data and to present data in both statistical and written formats
• Experience of producing budgets, reporting variances against the plan and re-forecasting.
