    Job Summary


    • Preparepricing for Renovation and fine finishing projects to help bring innew business
    • Developing and presenting projectcosts/ Budgets.
    • Meeting with clients to findout their requirements
    • Producing plans andestimating budgets and timescales
    • Discussing,drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of businesscontracts
    • Agreeing budgets and timescales withthe clients
    • Managing projects schedules andbudgets
    • Dealing with any unexpectedcosts
    • Attending site meetings to monitorprogress
    • Acting as the main point of contactfor clients, site and project managers
    • Workingwith third parties to ensure that everyone understands their rolesand responsibilities
    • Making sure thatRenovation/ fine finishing projects meet agreed technicalstandards
    • Liaising with technical andfinancial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client s ownrepresentatives
    • Overseeing invoicing at theend of a project
    • Working on-site and in anoffice.
