As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and dedicated Event Specialist to help us elevate our events to new heights.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events within the mall, including product launches, promotional activities, seasonal celebrations, and community outreach events.
  • Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenditures to ensure costeffectiveness.
  • Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with the shopping mall's brand and appeal to diverse audiences.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Monitor industry trends to suggest and implement innovative event ideas.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a retail or shopping mall environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Event Management: 5 years (required)
