With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Marketing Intern to join our team in Doha.


Just a stone's throw from the many favourite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.


Your day-to-day

  • Execute and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
  • Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience
  • Conducting marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate trends
  • Monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns and spending based on the budget allocated
  • Creating and generating reports related to the key performance indicator (KPIs) of an ongoing marketing campaign
  • Creating engaging and grammatically correct marketing collaterals
  • Ensuring the distribution of marketing materials
  • Monitoring market trends and analyzing customer activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programs are delivered on time.

What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for

  • BA in Marketing, Communications or a similar relevant field.
  • Handson experience with marketing software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Creative
  • Copyrighting skills
  • Basic knowledge of editing software i.e. photoshop is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical data driven problem solver.
