• Design, develop and maintain interfacesbetween Philips Radiology Informatics (RI) products and otherhospital systems using HL7, FHIR, DICOM or other standards.
• Gather requirements and information from the customersto evaluate the need for customization, design and develop customsolutions and plugins when customization is necessary.
• Use deep technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose, investigate,and resolve technical issues related to Philips RI products orintegration with other hospital systems.
• Develop andmaintain integration specifications and solutions documentation forPhilips RI products and customizations.
• Collaborate withlocal and global support teams, R&D, vendors, and customersto resolve technical issues, provide timely and accurate updatesregarding technical issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial team, ClinicalConsultants, and Technical Support team to ensure the timelydelivery of Philips RI solutions and services to customers.
• Participate in post-project assessments to measure theoverall project success and gather feedback from the stakeholders.
• Engage in knowledge sharing with the team to promotecontinuous improvement of the processes and services. To succeed inthis role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and thefollowing
• Minimum 6 Years' experience inpreferably in service management or project management.
• Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels ofautonomy and self-direction, with 'Positive andCan-Do' attitude and motivation.
• Self-motivatedindividual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in afast paced and challenging environment.
• Ability todemonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills withproven ability to influence all levels ofstakeholders.
