Responsibilities:


On-site Support:

  • Attend client sites as assigned by the Support Coordinator and Support Team Leader to provide support for CCTV, Access Control, and other ELV systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to security systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement system upgrades and software updates as directed.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to clients.

Technical Assistance:

  • Work closely with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide remote support when necessary.

Training:

  • Train endusers on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
  • Create and update user manuals and documentation.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and system configurations.
  • Generate reports on system performance and issues.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with product vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma In Computer Hardware Maintenance /Diploma in Electronics
  • Proven experience in providing support for ELV systems, including CCTV and Access Control.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as assigned.

Salary:
From QAR2,500.00 per month
