    ExuberantHRConsulting is urgently looking for anExecutive - Branch Security for theMumbaioffice.
    CompanyDetails: One of the most trusted, reliable, reputed,and renowned India's top Logistics companies thatprovide courier delivery services. It is headquartered inMumbai.
    1.Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the physicalsecurity and safety of all shipments in the branch / variousfacilities under thebranch.
    2.KeyResponsibilitiesOperational
    1. Ensurephysical security and safety of all shipments in the branch /various facilities (Service Centers, Areas, etc.) under thebranch
    2. Investigate cases related to loss,damage, pilferage, theft of shipments, and misuse of credit cardsin the branch
    3. Ensure regular updation ofSHIELD (online security module) andtimely closure of investigation cases related to the branch in thesystem
    4. Ensure the safety of high-valueshipments in the branch through physical hand-over and take-over,sending pre-alerts, monitoring shipments in transit, educatingcustomers on the packaging, etc. as per the definedprocedure.
    5. Ensure the conduct of securitychecks on pickups done in the branch for dangerous goods/ banneditems.
    6. Ensure the conduct of security checkson all shipments received from cash customers in thebranch.
    7. Conduct security verifications for allnew branch customers prior to signingcontracts.
    8. Ensure the physical security of allthe facilities in the areas covered under thebranch.
    9. Ensure the functioning of electronicsecurity devices in the branch (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms,etc).
    10. Conduct regular security audits in thebranch.
    11. Undertake pre-employment verificationsand police verifications for all new joiners including PDAs in thebranch.
    12. Conduct security orientation andtraining for all employees in thebranch.
    13. Ensure the safety of the branch throughregular conduct of electrical audits, fire-safety auditsetc.
    14. Conduct various safety training programsfor branch employees including emergency response procedures, mockfire-safety drills etc.
    15. Ensure communication ofsafety-related policies and procedures to all branchemployees.
    16. Maintain relationships and liaisonswith various regulatory bodies in the areas covered under thebranch.
    17. Liaise with the local police forsmooth operations of delivery /network vehicles duringdaytime
    18. Conduct regular training of securityguards in thebranch.

    Candidate'sRequirement:
    1. Musthave a minimum of 2 years of experience inliaisoning.
    2. Mustbe a Graduate.
    3. Should be from Mumbai and Mumbai Suburbanareas.
    4. Must have excellentcommunication skills and fluency inEnglish.
