Position:
Restaurant Manager

Minimum Work experience: 5 years in Qatar

Nationality:
Lebanese

Qualification:

A degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or culinary schooling is a plus.
Prior experience as a restaurant manager
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail.
Strong desire to create highquality dining experiences.
Approachable, friendly, and able to motivate others.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities:

Maximizing customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customerservice standards.
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Managing daily front

- and back-of-house restaurant operations

Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Managing inventory
Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to remember ingredients and menu items.
Controlling operational costs and finding ways to reduce waste.
Reviewing product quality and researching new vendors
Training new and current employees
Supervising shifts
