We are looking for South African experienced waiters for a luxury hotel in Doha.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Present menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system

Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner

Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals

Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining room, and service stations

Assist with any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
