  • At least 3 years of Relevant experience in IT department
  • Previous exposure to project and program management

backgrounds.

  • Change management and risk management experience.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
