• BusinessAnalysis and Research Planning designs, implements and oversees areturn on investment in research program across all researchprograms in Sidra.

Responsible for business analysis andintegration across all areas of Research Administration includingpre and post-award activity, administrative support staff,laboratory operations, technology transfer and clinical researchgovernance; Responsible for ensuring that processes conform to allapplicable laws, guidelines and regulations; Responsible foroverseeing new technology to facilitate electronic grantssubmission and for making the office function efficiently andaccountably.

The incumbent requires management skills that includean ability to work closely with research scientists to prevent andresolve problems, foster communication between various functionalgroups and identify opportunities to reduce administrative overheadand duplicative or unnecessary processes.
