Perform PPM works. Regularly test, inspects or monitors the status of all HVAC machineries and equipment. Including mechanical or electronic controls, control panels, piping networks, and air distribution system (i.e. duct networks, VAVs, Dampers, Arresters, etc.).

• Operate Chillers, PACUs, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Chilled Water Pumps, Domestic Water Pumps, PUs, EFs, FAFs, SEFs, other small Ref & AC Units and ventilating equipment, etc.
• Carryout overhauling works; Compressors, electric motors, pumps, control panels, condensers, condensing fans, coolers or evaporators, body or frame repairs, other major works.
• Repair and maintain all HVAC machineries and equipment such as Chillers, PACUs, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Chilled Water Pumps, Domestic Water Pumps, PUs, EFs, FAFs, SEFs, other small Ref. & AC Units and ventilating equipment, controls, piping networks, and air distribution system (i.e. duct networks, VAVs, Dampers, Arresters, etc.), etc.
• Install, test and commission PACUs, SACs, WACs, other small Ref. & AC machineries and equipment.
• Assist contractors in installing, testing and commissioning of Chillers, PACUs, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Chilled Water Pumps, Domestic Water Pumps, PUs, EFs, FAFs, SEFs, piping works, air distribution system (i.e. duct networks, VAVs, Dampers, Arresters, etc.), etc.
• Assist contractors carrying out their obligations for annual maintenance contracts on installations such as Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, firefighting system, and SEFs.
• Prepare list of materials required for daily or regular activities. Coordinate request and withdrawal of the same from the Storekeeper. Carry or transport materials to the working place.
• Assist the Tenants in all emergency HVAC problems.
• Practice proper disposal and recycling of refrigerants.
• Assist the Electrical and Civil Works teams (i.e. particularly on emergency situations and provision of power supply connection for corridor exhibits in the absence of the Electrical Team).
• Assist other departments, offices or sections of Landmark/BTC offices for their respective cooling/heating requirements, and minor electrical concerns.
• Monitor space temperatures in the common areas of Landmark, offices, and other specific locations/rooms. Adjust thermostat setting if needed.
• Carry out energy conservation projects.
• Carryout PPM, test, repair and maintenance works of all HVAC machineries and equipment in the residence of Mr. Rabban and immediate family, and staff accommodations.
• Assist the Security Team and/or local authorities during emergency situations.
