A leading company in Qatar is hiring a Head of Community Management:

Summary :

Play the point of liaison between local communities, stakeholders and project developers in identifying key issues and concerns as well as in facilitation of project objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Run master community charges financial model and coordinate with Finances on issuance of invoices
  • Liaise with developer representatives, national, state and local government representatives and dignitaries as required
  • Liaise with local community stakeholders on behalf of the developer towards facilitating project objectives
  • Engage and facilitate community meetings
  • Provide regular and timely information and project updates to the local community and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all information requests are documented and responses are tracked for ontime resolution
  • Provide feedback on issues esclated to the developer back to the relevant stakeholder
  • Set up and maintain a regular communications medium to the community, including newsletters, websites and notice boards, advising the area of news, events and the updates in the community

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in facility and/or property management, as well as experience in the community management function
  • Experience with city management organizations would be an advantage
  • Demonstrate experience in community consultation
  • Working knowledge of city management / real estate operations
  • Experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred
