Develops human resources operationsfinancial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipatingrequirements. Accomplishes special project results by identifyingand clarifying issues and priorities. Supports management byproviding human resources advice, counsel, and decisions. Guidesmanagement and employee actions by researching, developing,writing, and updating policies.
