1 Operational Leadership

  • Lead and manage daytoday operations of multiple coffee shop locations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of each outlet, implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and address customer feedback.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets for each coffee shop location.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to optimize profitability.
  • Customer Experience
  • Champion exceptional customer service standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to attract and retain customers.
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management
  • Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products.
  • Implement efficient supply chain processes.
  • Health and Safety Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain hygiene standards across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Industry Experience

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop or chain. Broad knowledge and experience in Qatari Labor Law.
Technical Skills

  • Extensive Knowledge in food handling, cashiering and guest services.

Management Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial data and implement costeffective measures.

Personal Qualities:

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for the coffee industry.

Technology Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of POS and Cashiering Systems
  • Technical knowledge of basic computer systems & MS Office

Language Skills:

  • English language proficiency, Arabic language proficiency is a plus

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
