Ensures a high level of Hotel Industry knowledge in order to be a passionate and convincing sales person.- Responsible of achieving sales goals set by the GM and Management.
- Ensures a high knowledge on competition strength and weakness, services offered, rates and packages
- In charge of the smooth running of all marketing tools and loyalty programs set by Management.
- Maintain daily liaison with Peers and Managers in order to harmonize internal work.
- Secure all required information to ensure that the guest has a pleasant stay.
- Meet and maintain perfect relation with Travel Agencies, Companies, Organizations and Embassies and whoever that might generate business
- Conduct site inspection to potential guests and decision makers
- Correspond with assigned accounts on a regular basis to update all relevant information required.
- Handle daily correspondence and respond to inquires for any reservation.
- Distribute advertising material concerning Hotel facilities, services and packages to targeted segment.
- Promote the Hotel and its facilities at all times.
- Report on a daily basis to the General Manager, of any lack, problems or opportunities faced during sales calls.
- Report complaints to the General Manager.
- Prepare and provide the H.O.D with individual updated report concerning work progress.
- Never forget that hospitality is our business. Should therefore always be striving for better quality and services in accordance with the spirit of ISO.
- Adhere at all times to the policies and procedures of the Hotel
Pay:
QAR8, QAR12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
