We are seeking a highly motivated Female Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team with an attractive package.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Reach out to client's top management to close the business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively networking and reaching out to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to top management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products/services and expand our network.
Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices to continually enhance sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
57 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Outgoing personality with a presentable approach, suitable for representing the company in various settings.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
