• To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on-site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records, and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.
