Key responsibilities:

Strategy:


  • Understand and adapt TMF Group strategic objectives
  • Identify new services and products for Qatar to contribute to overall TMF performance
  • Strong understanding of client needs and opportunities for cross/upselling to enable growth

People Management:


  • Recruit, develop, and lead a highperforming team.
  • Manage, motivate, and lead a team of professionals and monitor their effectiveness.

Operations Management:


  • Ensure ontime and onbudget service delivery.
  • Optimize resource utilization and maintain quality.
  • Lead change and technical training.
  • Oversee technology trends and inventory.

Relationship Management:


  • Maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Manage key client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for additional work.

Financial & Commercial Management:


  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the management team.

Risk Management & Control:


  • Develop and monitor control systems.
  • Ensure compliance and risk assessment.
  • Input into business risk assessment and KYC processes.

Technical Expertise:


  • Stay updated on market changes and train staff.
  • Provide technical support and SME knowledge.
  • Attend relevant training and comply with CPD requirements.

  • Effective planning and resource management.
  • Accountability for team performance.
  • Informed decisionmaking with financial acumen.
  • Clear communication of complex ideas.
  • Empowering and coaching teams.
  • Proactive problemsolving and knowledge sharing.

Key Knowledge and Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
  • Legal or compliance background preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant local regulations.
  • Relevant knowledge of the Commercial Companies Law 2005, QFC Regulations, Qatar Taxation Law and Trust Act would be advantageous
  • People management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
