Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the innovation program strategy in collaboration with the Director of Innovation and other stakeholders
Identify and evaluate potential projects for the innovation program, including research, development, and commercialization of new products and services
Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and project teams
Lead the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing regular reports to the Director of Innovation and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the innovation program team and across the organization
Continuously improve program processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Any other tasks assigned by line managers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering, innovation management, entrepreneurship, service design)
At least 5 years of experience in innovation program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Preferably with GCC experience and specifically Qatar even if in different capacities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in managing vendors, project teams, and budgets
Experience in the public sector and/or technology innovation is preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Ability to commute/relocate:

Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
