Receive the daily work order from the designated supervisor.

  • Schedule customer appointments, communicate clearly, and arrive at their premises on schedule.
  • Complete various installation tasks, including ONT installation, splicing, cable laying, and service activation, in compliance with SOP and HSE standards. Seek approval from designated Field Supervisors or Quality Teams if any discrepancies arise.
  • Understand and interpret documents such as work orders and site maps to install services accurately and effectively using technical expertise.
  • Record comments in the system through FFA and Technical Support.
  • Daily, complete and sign all installation documents, including work orders, material consumption records, customer feedback forms, completion photos, and technical issue reports with the customer and assigned supervisor, and submit them to the office.
  • Keep Supervisors informed of work order status updates in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all tools and materials are in good working condition before starting work on the job site.
  • Return any damaged tools or materials to the store immediately.
  • If licensed to drive, maintain, and service the vehicle on time.
  • To do Site Survey and ensure all required details are captured and reported on time.
  • Ensure that cable laying method is followed on variety location like Pole, external DP and Underground with proper safety precautions.
  • Ensure that all passive and active components are tested and labelled.
  • This involves analyzing and managing the network structure and block wiring of the building, which includes materials like racks, patch panels, distribution boxes, and similar components.

Salary:
QAR2, QAR4,500.00 per month
