Responsiblity:

• Assisting andadvising customers who may be choosing from a variety of traveloptions.
• Making reservations for customersbased on their various requirements and budgetaryallowances.
• Checking the availability ofaccommodation or transportation on the customers' desiredtravel dates.
• Helping plan travel itinerariesby suggesting local tourist attractions and places ofinterest.
• Processing payments and sendingconfirmation details to customers.
• Sorting outany issues that may arise with bookings orreservations.
• Selling and promoting reservationservices.
• Answering any questions customersmight have about the reservationprocess.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, byinforming customers of additional services or special packages,such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgradedseats/accommodations.
• Providing support tocustomers who may need to amend or cancel areservation.
