C., Los Angeles, Johannesburg, Dubai,Delhi & Karachi. Job Description We are seeking anexperienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketingteam. Qualified applicants will have hands-on SEO, Web Analytics(GA/GTM Implementation) and PPC experience. The Digital MarketingSpecialist is expected to be an advocate and go-to expert for awide range of digital marketing-related activities, projects andinitiatives spanning SEO (On-site, On-site, Technical and Content),PPC, and Paid Social. The ideal candidate should be obsessed aboutoptimizing cost per lead and client acquisition via digitalmarketing. Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and execute SEO,pay-per-click and social media marketing campaigns Craft and managePPC campaigns in Google, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn,Facebook, etc. Define content development, syndication,distribution, and link-building strategies Draft detailed SEO siteaudits and reports through a technical, content and off-site lensto ensure that they consistently adhere to SEO best practicesAnalyze and translate data from web analytics into actionable plansDaily and weekly reporting and communication regarding campaigndevelopment, timelines, analysis, and results. Manage digitaladvertising budget and spend, including bid management Execute bidchanges based on pacing and performance Continuous analysis of paidsearch campaigns to identify potential opportunities, providingrecommendations for optimization through ad copy, keywords, adgroups, targeting, bidding, and landing pages. Monitor SEOperformance by utilizing SEO tools such as SEMRush, Search Console,Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Conduct ongoing keywordresearch to apply a customer-first lens to marketing initiatives;use these insights to support strategic and tacticalrecommendations across clients digital ecosystems Maintain andmanage search tools to identify site issues and collaborate withthe development team to resolve defects Ensure alignment betweenpaid search and organic search strategies Advise on content types,topics, and keywords to explore to maximize clients search rankingsProvide training to others in the organization on issues importantto SEO Constantly monitor and communicate changes in industrytrends and search engine algorithms both internally and to clients.

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or anytechnology related field 5+ years experience with SEO, PPC, WebAnalytics and/or social media marketing In-depth knowledge ofGoogle Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and GoogleAnalytics Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as GoogleAnalytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, GooglePageSpeed Insights, Google Data Studio, and other third-party SEOreporting tools (Moz, Spyfu, SEMrush, etc.).
