• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
• Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Allocate resources appropriately to meet operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in the development of budgets and manage expenditures to ensure costeffective operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products or services meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods and services.
• Address operational issues and challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for employees.
• Contribute to the development of operational strategies and initiatives to support the organization's overall goals.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes and track performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of new projects and initiatives related to operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as operations manager
• Strong leadership, Analytical and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Healthcare experience is a plus
