    Job Description: HSEOfficer

    Location: AlWakrah

    Company: Prime Veritas

    Personally responsible for documenting and implementing thecompanys policies and procedures for HSEstandards.

    Coordinate with the Admin Officer/GMand develop and maintain HSErelated documents.

    Develop implement and maintain the project safetyplan

    Plan and Implement Zero Tolerancepolicy

    Prepare an emergency plan and conductmock drills as necessary

    Conducting HIRADocumenting and presenting the findings

    Conductsafety awareness training for the projectpersonnel.

    Continuously monitor site activitiesto ensure safe working practices

    Identify andeliminate safety hazards

    Ensure all equipmentused in the works are in safe working condition.

    Making proper inspection of the workplaces and putting upappropriate sign boards.

    Prepare daily andmonthly safety reports determine areas of deficiency and conductrisk assessment reports.

    Provide information toManagement on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according toapplicable HSE procedures.

    Conducting incidentinvestigations of any occupational injury casesreported.

    Streamline the provision of PPE andcoordinate with procurement for orders placed.

    Analyze plan schedule and conduct various HSE training both inhouseand thirdparty

    Ensure first aid boxes arereplenished with an adequate supply ofmaterials.

    Check the status of fireextinguishers on a regular basis report foranomalies.

    Authorities:

    Authorizedto stop the work if any major/minor deviations of unsafely works/services and HSE violations are being done
