VP Middle East & Africa
The VP of MEA will be expected totravel on a regular basis between the Markets in the Middle Eastand Africa to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
Traveling to prospective future developments may also be required.Hands-on experience in high volume, multi-location hospitalitymanagement and openings is preferred. Food hall/leasing experienceand asset-management preferable but not required. KeyResponsibilities Full P&L responsibility for all existingMarkets (and future ones) in the territory and achieve agreedbudgeted KPIs. Multi-property program implementation and trackingWork closely with CEO, TOM FD and GMs in establishing annual outletbudgets Develop Landlord and Concession relationships and supportGM's, Commercial Director and CEO
Support the delivery of monthlymarketing and quarterly plans, working closely with the MEADirector of Marketing, PR teams, GMs and Marketing Managers toensure it is produced and implemented in a timely manner,addressing all specific needs of a particular market.
Regular catchups with human resource team in ME on local employment laws andensuring the business is protected. Same for local implementationof maintenance and preventive maintenance, health and safety, food,hygiene and licensing regulations.Maintain an awareness ofexternal factors (including competitors, Government businessinitiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation tooperational activities) which could impact the business.
Togetherwith the Commercial Manager and GMs:
Negotiate all initialconcession agreements with new vendors in a timelymanner.
