• Prepare and cook avariety of dishes for in-room dining orders, ensuring all food ispresented in a timely and visually appealingmanner
• Maintaina clean and organized work station, following all food safety andsanitationguidelines
• Assistin menu planning and development, taking into consideration guestpreferences and dietaryrestrictions
• Workclosely with the Room Service team to ensure all orders aredelivered accurately andefficiently
• Provideexceptional customer service, ensuring all guest requests andinquiries are handled promptly andprofessionally
• Continuouslystrive to improve and enhance the in-room dining experience for ourguests
• Trainand mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive andcollaborative workenvironment
• Assistwith inventory management and ordering supplies asneeded

Requirements:

• Previousexperience as a Commi IRD or in a similarrole
• Culinarydegree or diploma from an accreditedinstitution
• Strongknowledge of food preparation techniques andpresentation
• Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced and high-pressureenvironment
• Flexibilityto work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, andholidays
