    • Act independently, with advice ofa Senior Physiotherapist to assess, analyse and provide a clinicaldiagnosis for individual patients to determine their need forphysiotherapy intervention.
    • Act independently,with advice of a Senior Physiotherapist to plan, implement,evaluate, treat and progress patient care to maximizerehabilitation potential.
    • Advance treatmentprogression of patients with the advice of the SeniorPhysiotherapist as needed.
    • Independently managea caseload of patients effectively and efficiently, utilizing theadvice of a Senior Physiotherapist asneeded.
    • Ability to examine and treat specificconditions across range of orthopedic situations at a proficientlevel
    • Provide moderate input into developmentof assessment and treatmentprotocols.
    • Contribute to evidence-basedpractice in the department at a proficient level (ex. Participatein protocol reviews).
    • Participate inphysiotherapy and team in-service training to promote personaldevelopment.
    • Agree on a discharge planning ofpatients, with advice from the SeniorPhysiotherapist.
    • Assist Senior Physiotherapistwith staff continuing education.
    • Providein-service briefing following attendance at a course orconference.
