Creating menu items and adding new items from time to time- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the serving
- Plan orders of F&B and other ingredients according to identified shortages
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
Requirements:
- Good level of spoken and reading English
- Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Credentials in health and safety training
