• You will support our externalclients in building visions, strategies, and implementation plansto help bring digitalization to life. All our consulting projectsare strategic in their nature and have technology at the core. As aDigital Strategy Project Manager, youwill:
• Lead highly motivated consulting teams todevelop new digital strategies, capabilities, and competitivedifferentiators for our clients
• Inspire ourclients to adopt new innovative approaches, tailored to theirrequirements, and guide them during pilot and implementationphases
• Assume full responsibility and ownershipfor the successful completion of your assigned project proactivelydriving communication and alignment with client and internalleadership teams
• Proactively coach consultantsenabling them to build new capabilities and growprofessionally
• Represent Siemens Advanta as theface to the client and build strong trust-based relationships withyour client
• Continuously ensure the team isfully equipped to provide strong impact to theclient
• Proactively coordinate and collaborateinternally, support actively business development, and assumeinternal roles beyond project work (e.g., recruitment, appraisals,marketing/ publications)
