    Main Responsibilities

    • Assist theTeam in all upcoming tasks within Commercial Strategy but alsobeyond
    • To ensure that Mandarin Oriental, Doha s groomingand appearance standards are implemented and maintained to reflectan image of professionalism and care
    • Adhere to theestablished conference and events sales administration, clienthistory and tracing system within the department.
    • Providecustomers with prompt service to fulfil their need within ouroperational capabilities
    • Responsible for an organizedfiling system
    • Generate reports when requested and withinthe specified time
    • Participate in familiarization visitsand entertain as and when required
    Liaise with andprovide up-to-date hotel information to in-house guests, the localcommunity and MOHG on requestRequirements:

    • Senior schoolqualifications
    • Degree or Higher National Diplomaequivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management
    • Minimum of one year of experience working in a 5-star hotelenvironment in an administrative sales role
    • Must beexcellent in using computer and well versed in all computerapplications
    • Detail oriented a must
    • Mustpossess ability to coordinate with multipletasks
