Windows Server Customer Engineer
As Windows Server Engineer, you will be responsible for Windows Server environments within the organization. You will play a critical role in managing the organization's server infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance.

The role requires in-depth knowledge in several of the following technology areas:

  • Design, deploy, and configure Windows Server infrastructure, including physical and virtual server environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, including system updates, patches, and service packs.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
  • Monitor and optimize server performance, including resource utilization, disk space, and system responsiveness.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect Windows Server environments from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
  • Administer server roles and features, such as Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DNS, DHCP, file and print services, and Group Policy.
  • Deploy and manage virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware, including virtual machine creation, management, and migration.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for Windows Server environments.
  • Monitor server logs, analyze system events, and troubleshoot server issues to ensure maximum uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Windows Server with other systems, such as Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or SQL Server.
  • Document server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Active Directory - Identity and Access


As identity and access customer engineers, you should be experienced in implementing, operating, tuning, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Active Directory Enterprise Solutions.

The role requires in-depth knowledge in several of the following technology areas:

  • Active Directory Domain Services
  • Active Directory replication and performance Skills
  • Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience
  • Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting
  • Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment.


  • Fundamental networking knowledge

  • IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc.
  • Active Directory Monitoring Tools
  • Active Directory Federated Services,
  • Azure AD Connect
  • Azure Active Directory

Microsoft Exchange

  • Design and deploy Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure, including mailbox servers, database availability groups, transport servers, and client access servers.
  • Configure and manage Exchange Online (Office 365) environments, including mailbox migration, hybrid deployments, and integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Perform daytoday administration tasks, such as user mailbox management, distribution list creation, and mailbox permissions management.
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and resource utilization.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect Exchange Server environments from unauthorized access, spam, malware, and other threats.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Exchange Server with other systems, such as Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, and unified communication platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and security patches related to Exchange Server and recommend appropriate upgrades or enhancements.

System Center Configuration Manager


As SCCM Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments within an organization.

Your primary focus will be managing and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure to ensure efficient software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and compliance management.

You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's endpoint devices while adhering to industry best practices.

The role requires in-depth knowledge in several of the following technology areas:

  • Design, deploy, and configure SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, management points, and software update points.
  • Manage and maintain software updates using SCCM, including deploying patches, creating update groups, and monitoring compliance.
  • Perform SCCM client management tasks, including client installation, troubleshooting client issues, and maintaining client health.
  • Configure and manage SCCM features, such as hardware/software inventory, reporting, and endpoint protection.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure, including component health,
