Develop detailed project plans including scope schedule and budget review engineering designs drawings and specifications using CAD software conduct site investigations and risk assessments ensure designs comply with building codes regulations and local international industry standards oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards monitor project progress identify potential delays and implement corrective actions coordinate with contractors subcontractors suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials services conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols environmental regulations are followed verify certify contractor bills analysing measurements overall project execution participate in identification opportunities continuous improvement sustainability systems processes practices considering global standards productivity improvement cost reduction prepare sectional statements reports timely accurately meet QEWC department requirements policies quality standards provide leadership team insightful information data handled functional areas.
