- Faire l'analyse contractuelle et l'analyse des risques des projets en collaboration avec les Project Manager, les acheteurs et les juristes,
- Réaliser le suivi d'affaires avec les Project Manager, vous assurerez la mise à jour et la fiabilité des informations financières liées aux affaires,
- Gérer tous les aspects contractuels du projet, Assistez et challengez les collaborateurs en phase exécution dans la gestion et le suivi contractuel des affaires,
- Suivre les plans d'action, animer la relance correspondante des projets (client et fournisseur/sous-traitant) en lien avec les départements juridique et assurance,
- Intervenir en tant que facilitateur dans la résolution des conflits entre les différents partenaires du projet (Client, Sous-traitants...)
