    • Conducts periodic strategic reviews with the Administrative Affairs Director, planning the organization s structure around planned business growth, challenges and priorities faced by the Company
    • Ensures that organization design and structure captures the service levels required and promotes the most effective use of resources
    • Provides support and guidance to the best staffing structure for each Section for achievement of goals and objectives and service levels
    • Drives the development of KPI s and departmental objectives to support the organizations overall strategy.
    • Supports Heads of Units to develop SMART KPI s and objectives for team membersLeads recruiting and staffing practices to ensure the identification and recruitment of key talent.
    • With the support of the team is proactive in ensuring replacement planning across all Sections, the identification of the Company's employees who may potentially be able to fill positions as they become vacant, encourages internal promotion of employees
    • Accountable for setting the hiring salary scale of all recruitment positions.
    • Sign off of Recruitment Consulting companies terms and conditions and adds to the Company's preferred supplier listing.
    • Custodian of the Company's grading structure, ensuring alignment of designations and benefits.
    • Maintains the annual salary review process, taking into consideration cost of living increases, market rates and conducted salary surveys.
    • Designs and delivers employee benefits to be competitive in the local markets and cost efficient for the organisation.
    • Accountable of the accurate payment of all employees, the final sign off monthly payroll data.
    • Ensures that salary surveys are conducted as required to monitor the market place and ensures a competitive compensation package.
    • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of Sections and services performed.
    • Ensures all HR staff are knowledgeable and fully trained in effective execution and implementation of HR policies and procedures
