We specialize in Post-Operative Homecare, Outsourcing Medical Staff, and Private Nursing Care serving both B2B and B2C Markets.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reviewing patients' medical history and completing patient screening tasks.
  • Monitoring patients pre and postop.
  • Providing patients with care in the recovery, procedure, and operating rooms.
  • Assessing, implementing, planning, and evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
  • Preparing patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting areas to be operated on.
  • Assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.
  • Collaborating with the surgical team on patient medication and postsurgery care.
  • Updating patient files and medical records.
  • Assisting with the ordering, maintenance, and safe storage of surgical equipment and supplies.

Competency (knowledge, skills, & abilities)

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse
  • Valid QCHP license as a Registered General Nurse
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
