As an IT Technician, youwill be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards:

• Installs and tests hardware andsoftware on PCs including printers, monitors, disk drives, memory,expansion cards, application software, etc.
• Responds toquestions and problem calls relating to PCs and LAN. Identifiesproblems and conducts corrective measures
• Assistsdepartments with PC utilization
• Determines new projectintegration and implementation of PCs. Analyzes equipment needs forinstallation
• Conducts training on PC functionality
• Recommends modifications and enhancements to PC andassociated software
• Maintains PC and LAN systemssecurity
• Maintains backup systems
• Recommendssystem improvements and modifications
• Carries out areasonable request by management of which the employee is capableof performing
• Provides basic instructions to end users
• Provides input for overall ITG system planning andimplementation

Supervises Processes:
