• Supporting Projects Team Leader, providing project input to establish annual activity plans.
• Knowledge of building codes, structures, and materials standards
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents
• Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings. Risk Assessment and method of statement
• Coordinate execution of design intent into the construction documentation, specifications, and throughout construction administration.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, resources, and project budget
• Understanding of how buildings are constructed and the ability to create technical documents that succinctly, thoroughly, and accurately describe the work to be done.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with vendors about the materials and negotiating the price of materials Strong communication and intersperse
• Responsible for liaising with clients, subcontractors and overall project management. Must Supervise onsite technical staff
• Prepare and submit the daily and monthly progress report to the project manager
• Daytoday management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site in order to meet agreed deadlines.

• Experience working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.
• Driving License
• Transferable NOC

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Bachelor's (preferred)
