Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet and direct customers

· Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

· Answer customers' questions about specific products/services

· Serve customers with food & drinks

· Cross-sell products

· Ensure racks/shelves are fully stocked

· Manage returns of merchandise

· Coordinate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

· Inform customers about discounts and special offers

· Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

· Handle the cashiering functions

· Serve the customers with drinks, food, or products

· Stay up-to-date with new products/services

· Assist in doing the inventory of products

· Receive products and supplies and ensure that quantities and orders match in the Purchase Order

· Assist in the dispatching delivery of products to customers

· Ensure that the store are clean and sanitized at all times

· Decorate chocolate trays, help pack chocolates

· Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a store personnel / sales staff or similar role (with background in selling pastries, chocolates, and coffees is an advantage)

· Must have an experience in a chocolate or coffee shop (e.g., wrapping chocolates, decorating trays, preparing & serving coffee)

· Understanding of the store sales process

· Can communicate effectively in English language

· Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

· Basic math skills / account

· Track record of achieving sales quotas

· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

· Flexibility to work various roles and work shifts

· With valid QID / visa

· Available to join immediately
