- Advise and Support VOE onReliability & Maintenance (R&M) strategies,process, objectives and implementation plans to move Operations(On/Off-shore Oil & Gas production, Gas processing,Refinery and Idd El-Shargi assets) to a world-class performancelevel in terms of safety, reliability, production efficiency andunit costs.
- Implement the VO OperationsExcellence Transformation in close collaboration with otherdirectorates (focusing on People, Processes and Technology througha multi-year transformation) through coaching the OE R&Mtransformation of the VO operation, especially the Managers/Asst.Managers to drive R&M competencies: change, culture andperformance in VO and obtain sustainable world-class performancemeasured and confirmed by externalbenchmarks.
