    • Develops,supervises and manages preventativemaintenance
    • Plans,timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenancework
    • Responsiblefor the overall preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs andmodifications to all terminal facilities which include Spheres,Piping systems, Valves, Pumps, Generators, Firefighting systems,Weighbridges, Meters, Access Control Systems, Manual and Electricalcontrolsystems
    • Ensuresthat the technical operating resources for the terminalorganisation are in good condition and continue to guarantee thecontinuity of the operationalprocesses.
    • Contributeto the Company s HSEPerformance
    • Responsiblefor the continuous development of a maintenance strategy for theterminal
    • Plansand manages the required M&R activities and resources toguarantee the continuity of operationalprocesses
    • Managessupplier relationships and acts as a point of contact forcontracting third parties for terminal maintenancematters
    • Managesand controls maintenance projects, draws up project plans andplanning schedules and ensures the timely and correct execution ofprojects.
    • Plansand monitors the annual budget, project budgets and futuremaintenancebudgets.
    • Maintainsexternal contact with the competent authorities, various governmentbodies, department of the Environment, local authority, provincialauthority, inspection bodies and materialsuppliers


    Requirements

    • UniversityGraduate preferably in Mechanical or ElectricalEngineering
    • Minimum5 years work experience gained in a comparable jobpreferablyin the LPGindustry.
    • experiencein the field of maintenance management in a technical industrialenvironment
    • considerableexperience of managing staff andteams
    • considerableproject managementexperience
    • Exceptionaltechnical understanding of terminalfacilities.


    University Graduate preferably in Mechanical or ElectricalEngineering Minimum 5 years work experience gained in a comparablejob preferably in the LPG industry. experience in the field ofmaintenance management in a technical industrial environmentconsiderable experience of managing staff and teams considerableproject management experience Exceptional technical understandingof terminal facilities.
